Because designs are meant to be used to create a unique and original gift, the designs may vary.

 

Designs shown embroidered onto products are for display purposes only. If you are interested in the product a design is shown in, please check that product page for the specific product and design you are interested in.

 

You may specify color preferences and names to be added and we will make every effort to apply those specifications where possible, but there is no guarantee that we can always do so.

 

If we can personalize your clock with a name, there is no additional charge for one  name.

 

Because product are made to order, please allow up to one week for order to be shipped. Rush orders are available, please contact us regarding rush orders and pricing.

 

If your chosen product is not available, a close substituent will be used. We will always do our best to provide products as close to the ones shown on our web site; but again, because these are hand made items, no two are ever exactly alike.

 

Though I have personally created some of the designs used for making these gifts, many were purchased from the embroidery library (emblibrary.com), and a few from other sites on the internet. If you would like more information about the design you’ve selected for embellishment on your product, please send me a personal email.
